December 7th to 11th we have participated in Bilbao Degusta, an exhibition organized by Cadena Ser Euskadi.
A gastronomic feast for the senses and for the entire family where up to 40.000 people have come these days to the Arenal to taste, among other products, our tuna and our preserves.
Our chef Jurgi Arejita has surprised professionals as well as amateurs with the smoked tuna carpaccio and our tuna tataki and tartar. In addition, he led two live cooking shows for the visitor’s delight.
Those have been five intense days, due to the gastronomic and the fun side of it. Five days in which, in addition to a big audience, we have welcomed the presence of top chefs such as Eneko Atxa, Martin Berasategi, Dani García, Zuriñe García, Aitor Elizegi, Paul Ibarra, Gorka Azaola and our chef Jurgi Arejita.

San Seb certainly is a beautiful and vibrant city with an amazing food scene. IMHO it is more classic Belle Epoque while Bilbao has a lot of very modern touches with the Geary s Guggenheim and Calatrava s Bridge etc.
