Some nights are unforgettable. Magic. Incredible. Last Friday, June 29, the Casino in Bermeo hosted one of them. It was there that a cooking event was organized by Echebastar. In the kitchen was our chef Jurgi Arejita, whose tuna recipes surprised and delighted everyone (yet again).
