Food cooperative Eroski has furthered its strategy by committing to sustainability and collaboration with local companies in order to develop quality products which are both innovative and healthy.
This is why Eroski has signed an exclusive agreement to market ALAKRANA tuna in its outlets. The product is presented in various forms: canned ventresca, smoked tuna slices and ALAKRANA steak as well as tuna cuts at the fishmonger’s counter. They are all produced from deep-frozen tuna (-60 ºC) onboard our vessels. Thanks to our deep-freezing system and the control of the production and distribution processes we can offer pure tuna, with maximum freshness, flavor, texture and health claims.
